MIC-HUB City Futures Department presents two papers at European Transport Conference
We are delighted to attend the European Transport Conference, the annual event organized by the Association for European Transport (AET) in Antwerp, Belgium from 18th to 20th September.
During the session ‘Global Trends Impacting Transport’, on Wednesday 18 September from 11.00 am, Delia Valastro, consultant of the MIC-HUB City Futures Team, will present ‘Mobility in action, how mobility injustice impacts road safety policy planning for active mobility users’ a research project developed by City Futures department with Mobilità in città foundation.
During the aviation session on Thursday 19 September from 1.30 pm, Luca Guala, senior consultant of the MIC HUB Mobility Planning Team, will present ‘Keflavik Masterplan, surface access modal share improvements and autonomous airside framework’.
Keflavík International Airport is Iceland’s largest airport and a major international transportation hub, the masterplan has been developed by a multidisciplinary team led by KCAP including MIC-HUB, WSP, Felixx, VSO Consulting, Buck Consultants International, Buro Happold, Base Design, Maurits Schaafsma and Kanon Arkitektar.
