Martina Parma - Senior Consultant
Mobility Planning Team

Urban planner by profession, city and territory explorer (by bike) out of passion.
After earning a degree in Urban Planning & Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano, I had the opportunity to collaborate with major academic institutions such as Politecnico di Milano (DAStU Department), Politecnico di Torino, and IUAV University of Venice. At the same time, I explored various professional settings, from the Green Area Department of the Municipality of Milan to architecture and landscape studios, driven by the goal of understanding and transforming urban space through a multidisciplinary approach.
This journey allowed me to deepen my expertise in urban regeneration, embracing a holistic approach that integrates public space design, environmental sustainability, social equity, and the historical and artistic value of places; key aspects that I deeply care about. At the same time, I developed a strong interest in the representation and the analysis of urban phenomena, refining my skills in map design and geo data analysis-key tools for narrating and guiding urban transformation processes.
Since 2022, I have been part of MIC-HUB, where I currently work as a Senior Consultant in the Transport Planning Department. Here, I contribute to designing solutions for more sustainable and inclusive mobility. One of the most exciting projects I have worked on is the Biciplan for the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital: an ambitious initiative aimed at rethinking cycling accessibility, enhancing intermodal connections with the railway system, and rediscovering the natural, historical, and artistic value of the territory.
